i have a worry about losing water from the radiator reservoir. my engine does not over heat at all but i seem to be losing water and the pipe from the radiator to the head is very tight with no play when squezzed, when the engine is cold i undo the cap to top up the water and i decompresses and water appears in the reservoir again...can anyone help with what might be causing this? i have had the engine pressure and dye tested and nothing came up...

hi, suspect faulty radiator and or header tank. poss thermostat but unlikely. it sounds like you have gained an air lock. replace rad and bottle and try again. hope this helps!!
