Microcar MC2 struggling to pull off and in reverse

Replaced engine mounts,front and rear engine brackets, shocks all round, bushes in the pulley, shark plugs, exhaust manifold bolts, drive belt and alternator belt. It's vibrating alot more than normal and struggling to take off or reverse

Check timing has been set up correctly , check cylinder compressions
