2005 Vauxhall Vectra rumbling from car

i have a severe rumble and vibration when driving how ever it only does it when in gear and release the accelerator and just let the car go under its own revs disappears when accelerating or when i dip the clutch or free roll out of gear

Sounds like a possible drive shaft fault.

Check all engine / trans mountings for wear or collapsed , separated .
