1998 Ford KA losing revs, burning smell, not pulling on hills, loud creaking noise when pulling away

car is really struggling to get up to and keep speed, there is a strong burning smell when going up hills and looses revs badly whilst going up them, had a new clutch, spark plugs and air filter but problems still thre, aslo when pulling away there is a loud creaking/crunching sound from the front right hand side

First thing I would have suggested would have been slipping clutch , but that'been replaced you say .It could be front brake calliper seizing on .That would give burning smell and would be like driving car with one brake on.
