do i have to bleed power steering pump now i have fitted a new one as where i put the fluid keeps bubbling and steering feels heavey any solutions

Take it you've tried the normal way of bleeding PAS ? i.e Start engine and turn steering to full lock LH and RH a few times ,stop engine and top up reservoir if needed .If still not 100% , repeat .

carry out the method described by whitinghame,this normally works to bleed power steering,if still no luck then you could have a problem with the rack
