MG MG HS hs trophy phev (r22) voice control issues - dealer says no fault found. any advice

Hi all, I'm looking for some advice from other HS Trophy PHEV owners because I'm getting nowhere with my dealership. I've had ongoing issues with the infotainment and voice control system since getting the car. The biggest problem is that voice commands for radio and media functions have never worked properly. The system will either not understand the command or simply not carry out the action. The car has been back to the dealer today and they've told me there is no fault present. Their explanation is that some of the functions I'm trying to use only work when an Android phone is connected via a wired Android Auto connection. What confuses me is that the built-in "Hello MG" voice assistant appears to be designed to control vehicle and media functions directly. Also, a couple of days ago I was able to use voice commands to operate the windows, but now the voice assistant tells me that "the windows are not configured for voice control." The infotainment software version is R22. Before I go back to the dealer again, I'd really appreciate hearing from other owners: •Do voice commands for radio stations and media work on your HS? •Can you control the windows by voice? •Are these functions supposed to work without Android Auto connected? •Has anyone had similar issues that were fixed by a software update or reset? •Is R22 the latest version, or should my car have a newer update? At the moment I feel as though the dealer is dismissing the problem rather than investigating it, so any advice from owners who have experienced similar issues would be very welcome. If anyone with an HS Trophy PHEV could quickly test "Hello MG, open the windows" and "Hello MG, tune to Radio 2" and let me know whether they work, I'd be extremely grateful.
