Mazda CX-5 mazda cx5 low pressure turbo

Turbo has been checked out as have all feed pipes. Strangely othe warning lights come SCBS and TPNS. Turbo is not kicking in at low revs , but does come in at 3000rpm . Occasional lumpy. Coupled with low mpg.
