Land Rover Freelander Battery Problems

hi, i can hear a ticking noise under bonnet os front frfom near expansion tank that only occurs when you put lights on.Starts and runs fine but have noticed battery window has gone black.Do i just need new batt or is it not getting charged.

whilst driving the car lost power & stopped. recovery came tried jump starting to no avail. checked alternetor it was ok. when trying to start lights dimmed on dash board and wouldnt turn over.

The electrics that release the rear door lock and lower the window do not work. When I disconnect the battery and reset the window as per the user manual it works one or two times only then stops working again?

Hi, I have 2 keys fobs changed both batteries and it still comes up as warning, local dealer says it should reset itself. But will look at MOT time, this is going to cost me. Any ideas??

We have brought a new Battery for it but went to it this morning and it struggled to start could it be starter motor or alternator
