New battery but struggles to start

We have brought a new Battery for it but went to it this morning and it struggled to start could it be starter motor or alternator

Provided the battery is the correct one for your car i.e CCA ( cold cranking amps )) and is fully charged , I would double check all battery terminals and grounds . It may well be a " lazy " starter that is dragging the new battery down .

Check your earth straps and main earth points from engine to chassis
