Keeps blowing the fuse i have checked the switch and relay they are ok i dissconected the 2 wires from the screen element and it still blew the fuse. is there some kind of transformer somewhere if so where is it?

can anyone tell me about fault p1529 on kia sportage diesel automatic

the 4wd will not engage the front wheels. the trnsfer box is driving the front prop but the front wheels wont engage. any ideas as i have no manual and cant find one either. i also have no intermittant wiper but cant find relays etc
