i recently bought a kia sportage but lately its not starting unless the engine management light lights up on the dash when the ignition is turned on,when driving the other day the car cut out on me completley and now the engine management light does not come on and it wont start,i had to get the AA out and he said it was a electrical fault,he checked all the fuses inside the car and found no problem with them,can someone help me please

the eng man light must come on every time the ignition is switched on if its not id check earth points for the ecu.the engine will not start without as it means ecu hasnt fired up also check fuses main and minor
