2018 Hyundai Tucson clutch is light but balances at different points

Clutch is light and getting gears is not really an issue but the clutch balances at different points - sometimes you have to have the pedal at the bottom of travel and the gears "snick" but other times even with a light pressure near the top and the car shoots away in gear.

Check your clutch master cyl fluid level and for any sign of leakage , possibly up at pedals
