Can't select any gear . Clutch was slipping in 3rd gear yesterday but now won't go into gear but will with the engine switched off . Clutch pedal feels too low

If it is cable operated on that year , check cable and adjustment but with slipping , more likely to be clutch assembly worn / failure .
