2006 Hyundai Santa Fe Problems

radiator coolant leak and heating system not working. The windows and windscreen remains misty and does not clear up.

I had my two front tyres changed yesterday on my Hyundai Santa Fe but they were replaced with smaller tyres than the rear. I am now having problems with the brakes (intermittent locking) would it be because the front tyres are smaller
