Ford S-Max ruptured water pump

I have a ruptured water pump. I have ordered and collected the new pump directly from Fords but no garage seems to be able to complete the work due to the engine being eco boost gti as the mechanics I have already spoken to have said the job is complex on this engine type! Any help/advice would be appreciated
