Can’t see enough on passenger mirror

I’m 5’ 3” and am unable to see any of the passenger side of my puma. Despite trying to adjust to its minimum angle, I am still unable to see any view to include car doors, wings etc.

Sounded like coins in washing machine in gear . Had to be put on rescue lorry to get it home.
