Ford Puma poor running after starting off

Model Year: 2000

Have changed the following so far.
Plugs
Leads
Coil pack
Idle control valve
Throttle position sensor
Engine earth strap
Lamda sensor
Vehicle starts and has good tick over, can be revved up to full throttle smoothly. Start to move off engine starts to chugging
MAF is spotless air filter clear. At my wits end.

Checked / replaced fuel filter? ( if fitted ) . Checked engine cyl . compressions ?
