2018 Ford Kuga juddering under load

On an incline travelling between 60-70 mph at around 2000 revs the car judders violently 2 to 3 times before changing down.
The dealer claims there is no fault and they are unable to do anything.

See the Service Manager , get a mechanic and take them out on a test drive and show them the fault happening
