2016 Ford Kuga dash & interior controlls & warning lights playing up

The problem started in summer 2022 a bit after we got the car, we contacted ford to see if there was a known problem known to them, they didn't but asked us to take the car to a ford dealer to go on diagnostics which we did. They came back saying no problem was found. Since then not a problem until morning of 4.1.24 and again this morning 5.1.24 during the fault the engine keeps running, the exterior lights stay on only seem to affect interior controls and dashboard.
These are, Eletric windows illuminations flicker, red engine light flicker, bleeping with message popping up parking break mail function, message popping up with red engine light saying service needed urgently,digital heater display blank and reset to 23, rev & speedo drop to zero then carry onto where they were
A number of these issues happen to finish with rev & speedo & seem to stop till the next time.
