Ford Kuga after parking on a hill car stalls

Car: Ford Kuga
Variant: St line
Model Year: 2019

When the car is parked on a hill facing up it when you try to go it lags and stalls 2/3 times and then it will go .
When parked level no issues .
Any ideas?

Try switching off hill start , check h/brake not sticking
