We bought a 2019 Kuga 3 weeks ago from a dealer. Over the last week, the gearbox has started holding the lower gears when pulling away. This when the gearbox is in drive. I haven't tried it in sport mode as I believe that this is what it's supposed to do.
Is there a setting I can alter to get the box changing up as it should, or should I return it to the dealer under warranty>

If it was all right when you got it , take back to dealership for checking under warranty .
