2000 Ford KA fan not working

My cars fan has stop working in which is making the car over heat, we have changes the radiator because it was leaking and a new fan but it still is not working I'm having to drive the car with the heating on hot to cool the engining which is working at the moment. Please HELP

check the relay for the fan in the fuse box and the fan thermal switch.
