2000 Ford Galaxy heater plug light

when i start the car glow plug light comes on ,on inition and goes out when it turns over as it should. But within 10 seconds of running , the glow light flashes on and off steadily all the time. any help appreciated?

hi, the glow plug light flashing indicates/ acts like an engine managment light which means it may have to be checked by diagnostic scanner, just out of curiosity check that the brake lights are working as i have had a few cases that the brake light switch is at fault and brings the light on.
