2005 Ford Fusion Problems

Car won't start when cold but fine when it's warmed up, we've had the temperature sensor changed but still does it the car itself says it's at running temperature no matter what the temperature actually is any advice?

These issues all came at the same time, but car running and stopping perfectly. After some internet searching, the issue maybe the abs module….thoughts please.
