2008 Ford Fusion new battery fitted & since then all dash including radio not working, needs code to reset but how am i able to do that??

High new battery fitted & since then all dash including radio not working, needs code to reset but how am I able to do that?? Also the alternator comes on once I start to move, had it checked and ok! I have a code (0526) but no idea how to insert it!!

First thing I would do is check fuses for radio and battery charging
