2012 Citroen DS3 heater position motors mot moving

2012 Ds3 hdi heater blower position motors not working. Have swapped control panel and all motors and replied heater box complete from another car (as diagnosed by Citroen dealership) still no motors change position. Hot and cold works perfectly fine and blower motor work just can’t change the position? Hopefully someone has an idea I have swapped all parts with an identical car and all fully working…

No idea what else to suggest , thought dealership would have been able to diagnose the cause of fault

They said heaterbox flaps were broken… fully stripped down nothing broken inside… they quoted £2600 to replace it jokers

WOW !! Some price . I've never done any on that car but on the other different makes that I have , it was always broken flaps or actuators . But you seem to have done all that

Hi thanks for your help . I have searched the forum and posted on it no luck so far … am now looking at changing it to manually operated heater box with knobs and cables as it looks a straight swap with 2 wires to connect to car .. hopefully it’s going to work. Thanks
