2000 Renault Clio heaters not working

my heaters have stopped working, they wont even blow out cold air, ive checked the fuses which are okay and ive been told that it could be the "blower motor" i'll probly beable to change it myself but i need to find it first, can someone plz help me! jamie...

by the way, they broke quite a while ago and suddenly started working again last night and then ive just gone 2 put them on again and they're not blowing again...

i have a similar problem with my renault clio 1.2 1993 to 95 the heaters wont even switch on i have checked the switches their is power going to them what else could i do and check fuses are fine.
