Indicators not working but 4 way flashers OK. At same time dipped beam on both sides not working but main beam OK. both problems connected? Is there a fix

My key will unlock doors but car won't recognise it to start unless I take + off main battery then put it back on I've since put a new battery on and still same

What problems can be caused by a faulty Horn?

Horn not working

When pressing the horn on the steering wheel no sound comes out. Sometimes there is a very weak sound from the horn.

Horn sounds strange

When pressing the horn the sound isn't as it used to be, the sound can be weak and sound more screeching than before.
