You need to verify exactly where it's coming from , front or rear . Check engine transmission mountings

I have had all the suspension checked, engine mount changed. Garage said that he didn't know but check the gearbox ?

You need to phone around for quotes , obviously local independent garage or auto transmission specialist will be cheaper than dealership .

I changed the auto fluid and it still happens. The engine mounts were changed but still a clunk.

It's a 17 yr old car , could be general wear on transmission or any other components . suspension , steering parts
