when making rapid gear change usually 2nd and 3rd gears it makes a loud clunk? this doesn't happen all the time, any ideas?

Common complaint about clunky gearbox on that car , even on car reviews ,see here .
Plastic panels fall off. Doors are too light and easily mark and dent. Rough finish inside. Interior carpet does not fit, and comes away. Transmission faults. Rough through gears. Clunky unreliable gearbox. Looses drive jumps out of gear. Jerks when slowi...

Gear box issues. Extended warranty does not cover investigations which have cost me a fortune.
Could check engine / gearbox mountings .
