2011 Citroen C3 there is a bleep and service comes up then stays in 3rd turn car it clears

Dont happen all the time when you turn it off it clears my be for aday or so

If no other warning lights or messages it normally means it is due a service, but could be transmission oil low / needing changed or wear and tear ,

Now just seen today it still bleeps and service comes up and stays in 3rd but also a snow sign and a s comes on next to the 3rd gear sign

You will need it scanned with suitable diagnostics that cover auto transmission for fault codes as it could be many things

He had that done said it was a muilti function switch for park and reverse

No idea what that switch is .Get whoever said that was the fault to quote for replacing if they are confident that is the answer
