2013 Citroen C1 reverse not working

Every now and then when I put reverse gear it doesn't work, the car beeps and only after a few seconds does it go into reverse gear, what could this be?

Too many possible causes to advise . You would be best getting a diagnostic scan with suitable equipment that covers all modules . systems for fault codes and take it from there .

I scanned, there are no live faults, that's why I'm asking, maybe someone here knows this problem with this car...
