had a new gear box fitted last year and had no problems went out on friday and lost reverse when i put it in reverse it only goes to fourth any ideas.anyone

Sounds like a fault with gear linkage/ gate /cable , whatever the set up is on that car .I would check external set up first ,rather than gear box .
