when start from cold the engine roars not going thew the exhaust rev it a bit then goes thew the exhaust goes quiet

when i start the car when it cold its very slugish

leak off test done was ok

car will start runs approx 20-30 secs then stops will restart with a lot of cranking only to do the same. Had the injectors tested ok.Computer diagnostic says low fuel pressure any advice would be very much appreciated Thanks
