Warning display rear passenger door open when not

Just bought Volvo V70 lovely car small problem occasionally a miss in the engine when kicking down then a red triangle appears on the dash, interior lights come on and display saying rear passenger side door open, door is not open, only re-sets after park and start up again.
Any help out there.

Sounds like faulty switch on lock assembly or wiring .Will mean stripping down door trim to examine..Had some where a spray with wd40 cured fault.
