2000 Volvo V40 loss of power

Experiencing loss of power - mis fires when in 3,500 - 4000 revs, fine when excellerating slowly away from being stationary(does also happen when excellerating at higher speeds of 60 mph) have had exhaust, air flow metre changed very recently has not inproved performance - pls HELP!

Not sure what's fitted on that year , think that's when they changed ,but could be ignition coils / coil pack / leads/ plugs.
