2000 Volvo V40 not firing up

my car a long time to fire up. my local garage can`t find the problem what it is not.
carried out diagnostic check
cleaned and checked all multi plugs
checked resistance from crank shaft sensor to ECU-all ok
suspect fuel injection problem
can anybody give me some advice?

plug noid lights into injector harness, see if they light up when cranking
