The car is running fine its idiling ok , power ok but the noise in the engine is a bit of a nuisance it sounds like marbles in a tin and it does the same cycle all the time roughly 2secs no noise then 2secs noise. it seems to be coming from the head around the injector area but the strange thing is that it does not do it when the car is cold only when warmed up. It is not loosing water or oil does anyone know what it may be or has had the same problem it is a quite loud noise you can hear it from a distance. Any info would be appreciated thanx...

Sounds like it maybe a loose heat shield or a loose cover. While the engine is running, try holding the covers on the engine to see if it deadens the sound. Also make sure that everything is tight...

It's the variable valve trimming hub that's faulty.
