when my car starts from cold engine tick sits at a 1000rpm.after the engine starts 2 heat up the tick over speed dips and rises between 600 and 1000rpms does any know what is happening.my car has a auto adjuster idle,can any1 help please

if you can remove the idle control valve and clean it up with some carb/injection cleaner and this will remove any carbon build up inside the unit and replace it and all should be fine
