Juddering while driving

Hi, got a volvo c70 with 94k miles and it has started to judder while driving at a constant speed ( best described as if its wanting to pull away and then dosent, but i am not touching the gas). recentley changed the alternator, 4 new tyres, power steering belt, brakes all ok, fuel is around 33 mpg. Any ideas ????? could it need another service, 6000 miles since last one.

Could be an ignition coil breaking down causing engine misfire .
