Volkswagen Polo Blower Motor Relay Problems

Engine starts but then cuts out immediatly ,fuel getting through ok and cannot find any loose connections,was fine before.

Although the side, rear and fog lamps still work, and the main bean can be 'flashed' Could this be a problem with a fuse? If so, which one, ie, how many amps, and where in the fuse box is this located? (There are an awful lot of fuses!)

Electric windows and central locking not working, changed the fuse and still not working

When I connect my battery the starter motor engages even without key in ignition
