2011 Volkswagen Polo help me please!!!!

Ok, I bought a CAT C right off car last november (2010). I just had its full service on it and the list is endless!
The garage is saying it needs 'jigging' because camber/toe/castor is out of alligment. Surely if they are saying my car is 'bent' then the it shudn't of gone through an MOT the week i bought it or even put back on the road, they are saying its dangerous to drive it :/
The list is about 500 pounds worth of repairs.. if i get them done, is this work going to be ongoing, as in the stuff that i replace will wear quicker than normal and i wind up with this bill every year?
Shall i do the repairs, cut my losses and sell?

- o/s + n/s/f link rod bushes worn

-o/s/r + n/s/r wheel bearing excessive play and rough
- o/s + n/s/r wheels buckled
- 0/s track rod end worn
- camber / castor toe out of allignment (poss subframe misalignment or car bent)
-temp guage faulty
- engine oil leak
- gear box leak
- n/s/ wiper nw
