2004 Volkswagen Polo front suspension fault?

Hi - my car started to make a funny noise, a bit like a rattle sound when I drove over uneven road and sounded worse when I later turned my steering wheel nearly full-lock! any suggestions what it could be - the sounds are at front of vehicle.

check the suspension components, bottom arm bushes, ball joints, drop links, coil springs.

To add to above post ,if it's a heavy clicking type of noise , check driveshaft c/v joints .
