Volkswagen Passat Pollen Filter Problems

Does anyone know possible solution to water getting into car.I've had area round pollen filter sealed but am still getting water in. This is causing probs with airbags

MY FRONT DOORS LOCK BUT THE BACK DOORS AND BOOT DONT, THE ELECTRIC WINDOWS AND MIRRORS DONT WORK

I allready changed a comfort consol panel, and now still doesn't work nothing.

Windows steaming up from inside, doesn't get cleared despite heater is on, it gets worst during raining, had a similar problem about two year ago, I had to get Heatro matrix changed then, not sure if same problem has come back, kindly assis...
