2008 Volkswagen Jetta smoke fron exhaust and oil cap

Hi i hit a big pot hole bottom od my sump cracked was still driving till it said low ool so manahed to park in safe place all oil was out big crack got towed home put new sump on it car started but noise from turbo car had not boost still moved friend said turbo has packed in smoke was comming out the exhuast just when i drove a little forward and open oil cap was what smoke in there also can a faulty turbo make white smoke come out of engine oil cap or you think might be another proble turbo is making a horrible sound car sounds ok ticking over apart from noise from turbo dont want to buy turbo fit it and another problem is there any help be grateful ty in advance
