golf gti mk3, i have recently had my head gasket replaced,now and again my oil temperature is reaching between 90 and 94 degrees and then my oil light starts to flicker.do you think the wrong grade of oil has been put in or could there be another problem

nothing wrong there replace the oil pressure sensor and this should sort the problem out but if you think the wrong oil is used then check the manual and then ask what type of oil the people used that did the job for you but most vw golfs use 10w40 oil semi synthetic
