When I start the engine if the windows are up they start DANCING. Both front windows do it.

That fault is often caused by a low car battery and the further draw on the battery when starting causes it . Often happens when car not used as much or used for short journeys . Recent restrictions on travel threw up a lot of similar problems . You could get your battery LOAD tested , put on a trickle charge overnight or replace if needed .
