Engine running noisey no power

engine started running noisey ,with no power and black smoke on acceleration . one glowplug is black from top to bottom

I would start by looking for a split boost pipe,could be a number of things, a code read would be good. a black glow plug would suggest its not working but that would only affect it from cold

Possibly the injector pump timing is out.A fault reading should help pinpoint he culprit.Good luck.
