no fuel getting to injectors and fuel filter does,nt have hardly any diesel in it,was trying to start with easy start

Maybe there is a blockage between tank and filter!!!.

Could be drawing air and needing bled .Common fault also is spill pipes/leak off pipes .

sounds like a split or worn pipe between the tank and the filter allowing air in should be easy to check out.
