my 2003 zafira 2.0 tdi has a loud knock from the osf it has passed a mot the tester could not find any play or wear in the motable part of the car have you any idea what this could be many thanks for looking

Front susp drop link arms are a common cause of knock .

try the ball joints anti roll bar links and the top off the suspention arm rubbers under bonnet
